Rules
By playing our server you agree to have read the following rules and guidelines.
Global Rules
1. Follow Minecraft/Discord TOS
You must follow the terms of service of the platform you are playing on.
2. Be Respectful
No hate speech, discrimination, homophobia, racism, harassment, or doxing. Excessively trolling and rage-baiting is not allowed. Keep debates civil; staff will shut them down if they get too heated.
3. Keep it SFW
Absolutely no NSFW content, messages, or inappropriate creations.
4. English Only
You may only speak English in chats so our team can properly moderate.
5. No Advertising
Do not advertise other Minecraft servers, post outside links, or self-promote without staff approval.
6. Chat Etiquette
Keep posts in their relevant channels. Do not spam or flood the chat, and only ping staff for important inquiries.
7. Staff Discretion & Appeals
Staff have the final say in maintaining a healthy environment. Do not search for loopholes. If you feel a punishment was unjust, submit a ticket in our Discord in the #tickets channel.

8. No Griefing
Griefing is a bannable offense with no warning.
9. External Mods
Only harmless client-side mods used for quality of life (Xaero's Minimap, Optifine, Sodium, etc.) or building (eg., Litematica, Litematica Printer, etc.) are allowed.
10. Hacked Clients
Hacked clients or client-side mods that give you a gameplay advantage are forbidden.
11. No Server Lagging
Attempting to intentionally lag or crash the server will result in a permanent ban.
12. IRL Trading
Trading anything on Creative Central (such as items) in exchange for anything outside of Creative Central (real-life money, currencies on other games, etc.) is not allowed. This includes selling art or services for real money using our platforms.
13. Evasion
If you are muted or banned, you are not allowed to use an alternative account to bypass the punishment.
14. Custom Items
Items designed to harm players or the server (e.g., Kill Potions, Crash Items, nuisance items) are prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
15. PVP & Trapping
PVP is only allowed in designated zones. Killing players in neutral areas via traps (lava, spleefing, etc.) is not allowed.
Designated zones on each server:
- Earth: The End, The Arena, PVP-enabled towns, Ruined towns, and Arena plots
- Islands: The Arena
Earth Rules
16. Towns & Claims
Town claims must not obstruct other towns from expanding. Disconnected claims must be regional (within 5,000 blocks of the town). Ocean claims are allowed for realistic purposes, such as creating oil rigs, ships, or real life locations. Claim exemptions can be granted by Moderators or above.
17. Naming Restrictions
Town and Nation names must follow all of our existing rules and be geographically accurate/inspired by the location. Name exemptions can be granted by Moderators or above.
18. Respect the World
Do not destroy public utilities such as highways or paths. Creating massive void chunks or building "cobble monsters" is forbidden. Ruined towns cannot be intentionally destroyed. Public farms constructed outside of Town claims can be manually removed.
19. Farms & Exploits
Exploiting bugs is bannable. AFK/Automatic farms are allowed with auto clickers but no external scripting beyond that (such as macros). Gold farms are not allowed. Duping in any capacity is not allowed.
20. Map Art
Map art must be built in Antarctica away from existing towns. It must adhere to our server rules. Griefing map art is a bannable offense.
21. Alt Accounts
You may have unlimited alt accounts, but a maximum of 2 accounts can participate in Towny (active resident of a Town). Only one account may own a Town or Nation.
